The property industry is entering a new stage of digitalisation. Buyers expect faster responses, personalised engagement and seamless digital experiences, while property developers must manage increasingly complex sales, booking, billing, handover and customer-service processes.
However, adopting individual AI tools is not the same as achieving AI Digital Transformation. Sustainable transformation requires property developers to connect their people, process, AI and performance around clear business objectives.
As an AI Digital Transformation Partner for the property industry, Infra Mobile Digital Sdn. Bhd. (IMD) helps developers move from isolated technology adoption towards a connected, practical and scalable AI ecosystem.
This commitment will be highlighted at NICE 2026, where IMD will mark two significant collaborations involving TARUMT and OCR Group Berhad.
NICE 2026: Turning Malaysian Innovation into Business Impact

The National Innovation and Commercialisation Expo—NICE 2026 held from 26 to 28 August 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Organised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) and driven by MRANTI, the event carries the theme “Mission to Market: Malaysia to the World.”
NICE 2026 brings together government agencies, innovators, researchers, investors, universities and industry leaders to accelerate the commercialisation and adoption of Malaysian innovation.
IMD will participate in the event on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The occasion represents more than corporate visibility. It demonstrates how locally developed technology can be applied to real operational challenges within the property industry.
Two Strategic Collaborations at NICE 2026
1.MoA with TARUMT through SERO-AI®

Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between Infra Mobile Digital Sdn. Bhd. (IMD) and Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TARUMT) was formally exchanged by Ms. Tina Leon, Managing Director of IMD, and Prof. Dr Loke Chui Fung, Vice President of TARUMT. The exchange was witnessed by YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, marking a significant milestone in strengthening industry–academia collaboration in applied AI innovation, Smart Data, Business Intelligence and future-ready talent development through SERO-AI®.
The collaboration focuses on applied AI innovation, Smart Data, Big Data analytics, Business Intelligence and future-ready talent development through SERO-AI®.
By connecting academic knowledge with industry experience, students and academic staff can gain practical exposure to real business applications. The programme also creates opportunities to develop local AI capabilities that respond to the operational needs of businesses, including property developers.
This industry–academia collaboration supports a stronger pipeline of AI-ready talent and helps translate knowledge into measurable business value.
2.LOI with OCR Group Berhad

At NICE 2026, Infra Mobile Digital Sdn. Bhd. (IMD) and OCR Group Berhad will exchange a Letter of Intent (LOI), represented by Ms. Tina Leon, Managing Director of IMD, and Ms. Yan Ong, Chief Strategy Officer of OCR Group Berhad. The ceremony will be officiated by YB Datuk Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation. This strategic collaboration will focus on ProSales AI implementation, AI Digital Transformation and workforce upskilling to enhance sales performance, operational efficiency and AI capabilities within the property development industry.
For the property industry, this represents a practical approach to transformation. Technology implementation is supported by process assessment, employee development and measurable business objectives. This helps ensure that AI is not treated as a standalone tool but as part of a broader operational improvement journey.
How ProSales Solution with AI Supports Property Developers

A successful AI transformation should solve genuine business problems. The ProSales Solution with AI is designed around the property development lifecycle and helps developers improve several critical areas.
1. Smarter lead management
ProSales centralises buyer and prospect information so sales teams can access a clearer view of every interaction. AI-powered lead can help prioritise higher-quality opportunities, while automated follow-ups reduce the risk of leads being overlooked.
2. Faster customer engagement
Property enquiries can arrive at any time. AI sales assistants and automated workflows can provide faster initial responses, answer common questions, support appointment scheduling and guide prospects towards the next step.
3. Connected sales and operational processes
The ProSales property technology ecosystem supports CRM, unit booking, sales tracking, billing, vacant possession and defect management. Connecting these processes can reduce duplicate data entry, fragmented reporting and departmental information gaps.
4. Better management visibility
SERO-AI® can consolidate information from different operational systems into an intelligent data hub. Business Intelligence dashboards provide management with real-time visibility into sales activity, customer engagement, project performance and operational issues.
Better visibility enables faster and more informed decision-making.

5. Workforce readiness
AI Digital Transformation depends on people as much as technology. Employees must understand why new systems are introduced, how they support business goals and how to use them responsibly.
Workforce upskilling helps teams adopt AI more confidently, improve productivity and apply human judgement when interpreting AI-generated insights.
Supporting Malaysia’s AI Nation 2030 Vision
Malaysia’s AI Nation 2030 vision aims to accelerate responsible, inclusive and high-impact AI adoption across the economy. AI Malaysia is mandated to coordinate the national AI ecosystem and translate this ambition into measurable economic and societal outcomes.

For this vision to succeed, AI adoption must extend beyond government initiatives and technology companies. Industries must implement AI in ways that improve productivity, develop talent, strengthen governance and create tangible business value.
The property industry can contribute by modernising customer engagement, connecting fragmented operational data, automating repetitive processes and equipping employees with practical AI capabilities.
The collaborations announced at NICE 2026 demonstrate how industry partnerships, academic participation and Malaysian-developed technology can work together towards this national direction.
AI Digital Transformation Partner: ProSales
Property developers do not need to transform every department at once. A more practical approach is to begin with a priority workflow, such as lead management, sales follow-up or management reporting.
The organisation can then establish performance indicators, evaluate adoption and expand the solution progressively across projects and departments.
As an AI Digital Transformation Partner, IMD supports this phased journey by aligning business objectives, people, data, systems and AI implementation.
With ProSales Solution with AI and SERO-AI®, property developers can move beyond isolated digital tools towards a connected ecosystem designed for measurable and sustainable progress.
